Lani Castellaños is the Co-Founder and CFO of New Wave Digital Solutions, LLC. Lani has over 20 years of experience in the field of finance and accounting from bookkeeping to being the CFO of a multi-billion-dollar company in the public, private, and non-profit sectors. Lani’s extensive experience in business helps her clients not only with the financial aspect, but also with streamlining and growth.

Lani has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration (Finance) from East Carolina University and an Associates Degree from Daytona State College with honors.

As a Latina, and veteran, who survived breast cancer, Lani has learned how to navigate work-life balance and overcome multiple challenges. She applies that personal experience and resilience to the services that she provides for her clients every day.

Armando Gomez is the Founder and CEO of New Wave Digital Solutions. Armando and his wife Jennifer Gomez decided to move to Florida from New York 13 years ago. The main reason they decided to move down to Florida was to provide a better life for their three children.

Armando Gomez is not new to owning his own business. A 10 year veteran of owning a business comes with plenty of trials and tribulations. One thing that he has learned over the years is embracing the failures as a stepping stone to ensure long lasting success.

Local business owners and business colleagues could all agree, Armando Gomez is determined to ensure the success of everyone and not just himself. He believes that if we in the business community all work together for the common goal of all of our successes we will be better off long-term. He is also known as a person who completely thinks outside the box redefining how business is done. He believes that challenges is a must to truly receive success.
